We have a history of more than 60 years in manufacture of Magnet wire and a pile of technical know-how in the field of thinner Magnet wire from 0.017mm (17 microns) to 0.55mm, therefore we have absolute confidence and high reputation as a top manufacturer. Our Magnet wire is used for all kinds of electronic and electrical important parts in such fields as office/factory automation, communication equipment and so on. We command a very high market share in Magnet wire for automobile ignition coil in the global market.
Electronic Devices Division
As a precise secondary processing department of Magnet wires, we have a long experience of winding coils for micro motors, fan motors, and various kinds of coils. Through the development, design, manufacturer and quality control that we have been fostering, we produce the products that meet the needs of customers by the introduction of production lines developed by ourselves.
Among the above, we have developed the epoch-making technique for Edge Wise Coil wound by rolling the rectangular wire. We have also realized the mass production of super high heat resistant coils putting ceramic insulation layer to practical use.
Our high flatness surface and high space factor edge wise coil will realize the performance improvement of automobile motors, reactors and other electric equipment, we have been supplying them to automobile industries.
Computer System Development Division
We handle to develop, design, and manufacture the computer related machinery and system for information, communication, measure and establish our private technical territory. Especially, our technological innovation in response to developing computer storage devices is highly valued. A large number of our private brand products such as circuit design, hardware and software for microcomputer, and embedded software system and so on are supplied to the market, practiced from the introduction to the maintenance totally and flexibly met the needs.
