Our Electronic and Information Equipment division have ensured quantative expansion through processing our magnet wires. We have also expanded our fields from materials to downstream in order to create more high-value added products. We have accurately captured the trends of our users through secondary processing, and responded effectively to their needs through our technological development. By integrating our technologies of magnet wires, secondary processing, and application products, we aspire to further advance our skills and services.
We manufacture motors for factory and office automation under business consignment contract with major motor manufacturers. The process involved for servo DC motor section are shaft polishing, winding, armature stacking, commutator processing, motor assembly, and encoder assembly. The process involved in AC/DC fan motor section are stator/rotor processing, winding, blade assembly, and motor assembly. By incorporating our magnet wires we are able to offer fine quality, cost, and delivery that demonstrate cost cutting and flexibility in production, which we have been highly praised of.
With our magnet wires, we manufacture actuator coils (VCM coils) that functions as a driver for the magnetic heads of hard disk drives (HDD). We also manufacture the plastic mold assembly which connects the arm and the actuator coils. Our coils and plastic mold assembly are incorporated into the HDD of various computer part manufacturers around the world. As the majority of our clients are based overseas, we have established a facility in Thailand specifically for VCM coil manufacturing. The facility has been in production since 1993.
We produce starting motors for diesel engines and operational relays under business consignment contract with major automobile manufacturers. Our magnet wires are processed into coils through our self-developed winding machine, which are then assembled with other parts and molded with the automatic casting machine that is also another development of ours.
Our Quality Control department and Production Engineering department are actively involved in supportingour production process through constant quality improvement and technological developments.
