The flat, belt-like construction of the copper winding wires have led to improvement of performance and reduction in sizing. Those improvements expanded the usage for copper winding wires to be used in various types of components such as cables, sensors, solenoids, transformers, and motors.
We have been involved in developing these various types of copper winding wires and continue our R&D to accommodate to the constant changing needs of the market.
The benefits of rectangular copper winding wires are: the decrease in distributed capacity which leads to decreased stray capacity, and lamination factor will also be improved (up to 30%) because it will not create gaps unlike winding with round wires.


‘ Technological Development of our Rectangular Winding Wire 
@Established a facility in December of 2002 to specifically focus on advanced coil designing,for such type as the compact and high heat dissipating type edgewise coils, and ƒΏwinded rectangular flat wires with improved wire space factor. After periods of making improvements on our prototypes, it was commercialized in January of 2008.
@The special features of our equipments are@a.) round wires are rolled down to flat square shape,and@b.) the varnish for insulation is periodically dispensed and only in the amount needed to cover the felt. This method is far more efficient than applying excess amounts of varnish with roll coaters and squeezing out the excess with floating dies.
@Our current sizing ranges are (round wired converted) ƒΣ0.2`ƒΣ0.8 with a reduction ratio range of 1:8`1:20, and 2 types of films which are solderable esterimide and polyamidimide.
@We continue our R&D tofurther expand our current lineup of film types, sizing ranges, and reduction ratios.
