- 1958

- With a capital of 1,500,000 yen, San-Ei Electronics main factory is established
in Komoro city.Began production of electrical wirings and electrical components.Acquired
the first factory invitation funding from the city if Komoro, as well as
from Nagano city.
- 1962
- With a capital of 24,000,000 yen, a second factory is established in Komoro.
- 1963
- With a capital of 32,000,000 yen, joined forces with Mitsubishi Electric
to establish an electrical appliance branch. Factory acquires JIS certification.
- 1964
- Technical assistance agreement is concluded with Mitsubishi Electric.Acquired
factory permit from Mitsubishi Electric.
- 1968
- Received class A rank from NEC for our magnet wire factory.
- 1969
- Capital reaches 100 million yen with 20,000,000 yen in corporate bond from
SBIC East Japan and increased capital of 32,000,000 yen.
- 1977
- Began planning, designing, and production computer systems in joint venture
with Japan Minicomputer Systems.
- 1982
- Opened Tohoku office in Tendo city, Yamagata.
- 1983
- Established Information Systems division and began designing, developing,
and mass production in the high tech field.
- 1984
- Issued 2nd convertible bond. Added secondary operation division into the
Wiring Production department.Began secondary operation of magnet wires.

- 1989
- Switched 100 million yen of convertible bonds into capital. Capital totals 200 million yen.
- 1992
- Acquired 10,000 acres of land in Hirahara, Komoro city for factory construction. Acquired
UL certification for magnet wires.
- 1993
- Established San-Ei Thailand specializing in VCM coil business.
- 1997
- Factory construction in Hirahara, Komoro city is completed. Production
of magnet wires and specialty wires accelerated with the latest equipments
and automation of production lines.
- 1999
- Acquired ISO 9001 certification for magnet wire designing and manufacturing.

- 2001
- Acquired ISO 14001 certification for all of our business establishments
and factories.
- 2002
- Began mass production of edgewise coils. Established San-Ei Magnet Wire
in Thailand. Established 2nd factory in Thailand.
- 2003
- Approved by The Small and Medium Enterprise Agency for our magnet wires.
Our offices are expanded, and received maintenance of equipments. Our offices

- With an additional capital of 80,000,000 yen, the capital totals to 280,000,000
yen. Established 3rd factory in Thailand. Installed Class 100 cleanroom.
- 2007
- With an additional capital of 77,000,000 yen, the capital totals to 357,000,000
yen.
- 2008
- 50 year anniversary of business establishment.
- 2009
- Completed construction of 2nd factory in Hirahara, Komoro city. Greatly
expanded production of magnet wires and specialty wires.
